Alfa Romeo 24v Busso V6 Fuel Rail Kit.

This is a kit we've designed to do a few things:

Prevent failure of the main feed or link pipes before it occurs,

Change the nitrile lined fuel lines to PFTE to help support other fuel choices,

Drastically improve the aesthetics in the engine bay.

This kit contains modified, refurbished fuel rails, both fuel lines and the fittings necessary to replace everything from the bulkhead hard line forward.

These conversion kits are ideally done with your fuel rails sent to us, as supply of second hand fuel rails to refurb and modify can be scarce, but purchasing a complete kit without sending yours in is also possible for an extra charge.

There are a few options. First, if your v6 is a euro 2 or euro 3 model, as the rails and fuel line setups are different between the two and not interchangeable, so if unsure please just drop us a message on facebook and we'll guide you through which kit you need. Second, is the finish you would like on the rails after refurbishment. We offer as standard silver zinc plating and zinc passivate which is the standard oem finish for them. If you would like them unplated for you to paint or powder coat, again just drop us a message! The last option is which external braid type you would like on the fuel lines. Black nylon or stainless steel. 

As these kits are made to order, please allow 7-10 working days from us receiving your rails to dispatch your order, and if needing a complete kit, an extra few days in case we need to source rails.
